- Description
- Possibly the most famous Scottish song of all time, Loch Lomond was first published in 1841. Both the composer and original author of the lyrics are unknown, although are believed to have been connected in some way to the Jacobite Uprising of 1745. The song is often heard at parties or gatherings in Scotland, and would be a perfect addition to any singer's repertoire.
Lyrics to all three verses and the chorus are included along with a suggested piano part, although if you'd prefer, you can play the chords on the guitar or on any other instrument.
